With CFS, after ordering your chocolate and payments, all you just have to do is to wait in a very short time until the order gets you. No more fees. No more money to be paid. This is actually a present Chocomind want to send to YOU – our loyal and lovely customers.

  • With any orders’ bill under 200$, we will ship free to your place by Grab or Uber

                                      

  • With any orders’ bill under 450$, we will ship free to your place by EMS (Express Mail Service)

  • With any orders’ bill under 1000$, we will ship free to your place by any types of service or any means of transportation you demand.

  • About Packaging

All of your purchased products will be wrapped by one of the most luxury and environmentally – friendly methods called

Kraft recycled paper, which is a famous and widely used product for packaging food. So, feel free and safe while using our chocolate wrapped by this material because all of products’ colour, shape, flavours are still the same until they reach the destinations.

  • About Costs

With CFS, all of post – purchasing costs are just free for you. Your only job is to receive and taste our Chocomind chocolate. And please be kind to give us some reviews and recommendations after you receive it. REFUND POLICY

We are sorry if you are now in this sad section. Because customers only want to read this section when they are having problems with our products’ quality. Maybe, you feel a little disappointed and uncomfortable with your purchased products because they are defective, smelly, stale, salty or something like that. And now you don’t want to see and taste it anymore. If that, please send us a complaint message on our Facebook, our Instagram or at this website. We are 100% sure to always stand here, listen to your opinions and fix any mistakes with our products. That is the way we treat our loyal and beloved customers. Below are the steps for you to take your money back:

  • Send us a message, tell us exactly what is happening with the purchases product and attach a photo of the product

  • Send the defective product back to our shop and wait for our response in 01 day

  • If the defective product is surely our fault, you will receive our “Sorry” through email or phone calls and your refund. Otherwise, you will still receive our “Sorry” message.
